  1. What recipes? Worthless video.

  2. Having to carry food on foot over days and distance I like salt cured pork, Buying 8-12oz packs and not opening them until time to cook they are shelf stable at cool temps under 70f.
They are generally shrink wrapped so minimal tash to pack back out on top of being a good walking snack with salt to help replenish what you sweat. On days I plan to overnight while bank fishing I consider 2 meals per day in my rations. Catching fish to cook is the primary goal but having a stable fallback is nice. More so when you can pack 3 days of it in a single pocket without noticing. For a treat you can even season it with herbs and choice of spices while smoking it a couple hours until the fat is rendered.

  3. Instead of Dijon mustard , I use Mircle Whip with Parmesan cheese grated fresh or use Kraft in a shaker bottle, mix well apply on chicken breast with spatula, bake as usual. I did this as a One sheet bake with seasoned cubed potatoes & choice of veges we did asparagus 👍🏻😋

Hope these recipes make your summer trips a lot easier! 🍳 We love using these during our ‘seasonally full-time’ months on the road. But as many of you know, the RV life isn’t always as simple as the highlights (or the meals!) make it look. If you’re an RVer or planning to be, we shared the honest, exhausting reality of RV life on a recent journey here: https://youtu.be/qcuYEBcs4L4
